INDONESIAN HELPERS
Cultural Harmony & Caring Nature
Indonesian helpers fit beautifully into Singaporean homes because they share similar cultural values that create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. They are known for their kindness, attentiveness, and hard work, making them especially great for caring for children and the elderly. Their ability to connect with people of all ages helps create a happy and peaceful home environment.
In addition to Indonesian’s helper nature, we involve careful screening and background checks to ensure that the helpers you get are trustworthy and dependable.
FILIPINO HELPERS
Excellence & Communication
Filipino maids are known for their hardworking nature, friendly personality, and excellent English communication skills. They are motivated by a strong wish to support their families, which drives them to deliver exceptional service.
To ensure they are well-prepared for their jobs in Singaporean homes, we conduct thorough interviews, check their backgrounds carefully, and offer specialised training. This way, they can provide the best care and support to the families they join.
MYANMAR HELPERS
Adaptability & Quick Learning
Myanmar helpers are quick learners, excited to take on new challenges and adapt well to different situations and tasks. We carefully evaluate each candidate to match their skills and experiences with your requirements, ensuring the best fit for your requirements.
In addition to our thorough selection process, we provide ongoing support to the helpers and the clients. This helps address questions or issues and promotes open communication, leading to a positive and productive relationship. We aim to ensure everyone feels supported and ready for success, creating a rewarding experience for all involved.
Ready to Choose?
We understand you’re looking for an Indonesian, Myanmar, or Filipino helper because you care deeply about your family’s well-being. Our candidates know that family life can be complex. Thus, we prioritise giving kindness and respectful care.
At Maid Management Services, we believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, just as we would want for ourselves. While we trust our helpers to provide excellent care, we encourage you to treat them with kindness and understanding.

Advance Placement
Advance Placement Scheme for MDW
Maid Management Service is the first batch chosen by MOM to proceed with the Advance Placement Scheme. The Advance Placement Scheme is a pilot programme facilitated by the Ministry of Manpower to enable faster deployment of live-in caregivers. Under this scheme, Domestic Worker Management has the opportunity to bring live-in caregivers to Singapore earlier and assist them in finding a placement with a suitable employer. This scheme will enable faster deployment and better patient-caregiver matches through direct, face-to-face interviews during the selection process.
Caregivers
Deployment of Caregivers
Based on reports, most seniors in Singapore prefer to age at home but need help with daily life or support for health conditions.
We provide personalized and cost-effective healthcare solutions for your elderly loved one at home.
Our caregivers are carefully screened, trained, and equipped with the relevant skills to care for your loved one.
Most of our qualified caregivers are from the Philippines, Indonesia and Myanmar.
Courses
Deployment of New MDW
We are one of the very few agencies appointed by AIC to facilitate MDWs to attend a 2-part training under the Eldercare MDW Scheme:
1. Classroom Training – Before Employment(2days) and
2. Home Based OJT – After Employment(3hrs)
As an appointed agency, we can assist employers to register and apply a government grant ($200/yr) to cover part of the training course.
The Eldercare Foreign Domestic Worker Scheme enables employers to hire a pre-trained MDW who has undergone comprehensive training in eldercare. This ensures the MDW is equipped with the basic skills to care for their loved ones.
Training Topic Includes:
✓ Monitoring of vital signs
✓ Manage senior-related chronic conditions
✓ Communicating with seniors
✓ Assisting with personal care
✓ Helping with daily activities
✓ Administering Basic First Aid
New Helpers
Deployment of New MDW
We provide deployment of new MDW from an approved source country or territory, which includes Indonesia, the Philippines, and Myanmar.
Transferred Helpers
Transfer Domestic Helpers
Transfer Domestic Workers are readily available helpers in Singapore. They are available for face-to-face interviews which give you, the employer, a better gauge and feel of the helper. These Domestic Workers can be deployed in your house typically around 1-2 weeks.
Direct Hire
Direct Hire of MDW
If you plan to rehire your former Domestic Worker back from her country, we can assist you in processing the full documentation until the Domestic Worker arrives in Singapore.
Security Bond
Waiver of Security Bond
Employers are required to place a security deposit of $5,000. The bond is between you (the employer) and the Government of Singapore. The objective of the bond is to ensure that both you and your workers comply with the conditions of the Work Permit.
Work Permit/Insurance Renewal
Work Permit Renewal
Employers are required to renew your helper’s Work Permit before it expires. MOM sends out Work Permit renewal letters 6 to 8 weeks before the permit expires. To ensure that the worker’s insurance package (security bond, medical and personal accident insurance) is complete to facilitate Permit Renewal.

We also assist employers with the purchases of return air tickets at very competitive rates.
Passport Renewal Services
